lake titicaca peru

To get to Lake Titicaca, one flies into the Juliaca, Peru airport. This airport is even higher than Cusco, sitting at 12,500' above sea level. We were slight acclimated from our time in Cusco but this altitude was pretty tough for most of us. 

The Titilaka hotel sits right on Lake Titicaca. This lake is an amazing site and home to the famous "floating islands". We had a chance to see these islands and meet some of their residents.
